**Please note, it is possible to have your cat picked-up at Natural Pet Foods in Ottawa (339 Churchill Av. N) or Natural Pet Foods in Carleton Place (61 Bridge Street)  for a $20 charge. This is only at specific times so please call to arrange.

***We will only check-out your cat during the posted hours.**** Any pick-ups or drop-offs that arrive outside those times are subject to a $60 fee.

The undersigned hereby warrants that he/she is the owner or authorized agent of the previously described pet and does hereby request, consent to and authorize Cat’s Paradise Spa and Boarding Retreat to care for and, if deemed necessary, authorize veterinary care to said animal, including the treatment of any condition which poses a risk to other animals on the premises, and agrees to pay the customary fee(s) for such services.

The undersigned agrees to remit payment for all services rendered, prior to discharge of the animal described herein.

The undersigned also warrants that his/her cat is free of any contagious diseases and has not been tested positive for FIV. Please note: We do not accept any cats that are FIV positive. This is to ensure the well-being of the cats that are boarded here.

The undersigned further acknowledges that no guarantees have been made except reasonable precautions against injury, escape or illness.

In the event that the previously described pet is not claimed within ten (10) days of the indicated discharge date, the pet shall be deemed to have been abandoned and Cat’s Paradise Spa and Boarding Retreat shall be entitled to transfer the pet to an animal shelter or a third party owner in exchange for waiving its right under the Repair & Storage Liens Act.

If my cats are boarded together and a staff member sees any signs of aggression, I understand that my cats will be separated and I will be charged for separate boarding.

A non-refundable deposit fee of $20.00 must be made in advance to secure a booking.

For peak seasons (Christmas) a non-refundable deposit of $50 must be paid to reserve a booking.

Unless otherwise requested, please note that all boarded cats may receive a flea treatment if required.

All cats must be vaccinated in order to maintain a disease free environment. This includes Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (3-in-1) and Rabies. Feline Leukemia vaccination is recommended, and the cat’s owner assumes all risk to his cat(s) if the cat(s) are not vaccinated for feline leukemia. A copy of the vaccination certificate must be provided at check-in.

Non-refundable payment for the duration of the cat(s) booking must be made at time of drop-off.

Please note, any modifications to a reservation must be made no less then a month in advance. If you choose to check your cat out early you are still responsible for payment for the days you booked for your cat(s).

Please note that we are very busy during summer holidays, Christmas and other vacation dates. Keep this in mind and plan in advance.
