Billing
Payment is due at the time of
check-in. Payment can be made by visa, interact, mastercard or cash if the cat
is being dropped off at the spa. Otherwise, payment may be made by cash or
cheque. A $20 deposit ($50 for Christmas) must be made to secure a
reservation. Billing is based on the number of nights at the spa. The check-out
time is by 11:00. If your cat stays for evening pick-up you are billed for that
day as well.
Directions From Ottawa:
Take the 417 West.
Take the Carleton Place, Toronto exit onto highway 7. (Note, this is directly after the Carp Road exit)
Watch for the big green sign for
Upper Dwyer Hill Rd. You will take the off ramp and then turn RIGHT onto UPPER DWYER HILL RD.
Take your second LEFT onto HAMILTON
SDRD (note, there will be a bunch of greenhouses, and a Brantim Country Garden sign).
(0.8 miles)
Take your first RIGHT onto JOHN
KENNEDY WAY. (0.3 miles)
Turn onto the LEFT driveway on the left (note, there will be a wooden sign saying
CEDAR GROVE ARABIANS
& CATS PARADISE and it is #659. When you turn in the driveway will fork, keep
LEFT .

Take March Rd (44) towards Ottawa
e.g. heading as if towards the 417.
Take a RIGHT onto UPPER DWYER HILL
RD.
Take your second RIGHT onto
HAMILTON SDRD (note, there will be a bunch of greenhouses, and a Brantim Country Garden sign
- this is the after Old Almonte Rd). (0.8 miles)
Take your first RIGHT onto JOHN
KENNEDY WAY. (0.3 miles)
Turn onto the third driveway on the
LEFT (note, there will be a wooden sign saying CEDAR GROVE ARABIANS
& CATS PARADISE and it is #659. When you turn in the driveway will fork, keep

Turn LEFT onto HAMILTON SDRD. (0.8
miles)
Turn RIGHT onto JOHN KENNEDY WAY.

Please keep in mind that you should arrive
with your cat no later then 30 minutes before our closing time in order to fill
in the required paperwork and settle the cat in.
Please call or email to arrange a time for a
visit or check-in/drop-off as we prefer to space out the cats being dropped off
and allow the cats to get settled in to the new environment.
***We will be limiting our
numbers of cats after
Labour Day in September (September 7th, 2009) until December 1, 2009
except for select repeat clients only- please call us to inquire
about this timeframe****
Regular Holiday Schedule:
We are closed all day Easter Sunday.
We are closed after 11:00 on the
following holidays:
Good Friday, Easter Monday,
Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Remembrance Day.
For Christmas 2009, we
will be limiting our spaces so we will only be accepting repeat clients
for boarding at Christmas time.
